Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales and certification processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and certification.
  • Valid driving license required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generating sales leads daily and expanding client networks.
  • Scheduling and attending client meetings, including virtual or outsourced engagements.
  • Preparing presentations and discussions for clients.
  • Initiating contact, providing quotations, negotiating, and closing sales.
  • Managing contract renewals and following up on client inquiries.
  • Consulting with clients regarding certification schemes, testing, training, and inspection requirements.
  • Working closely with Operations teams to understand customer needs and provide sales and post-sales support.
  • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and presenting solutions to upper management.
  • Setting and achieving monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitoring market trends, industry regulations, and reporting findings to management.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by Top Management.
