Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field;
• Experience in sales and certification field;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills;
• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers;
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills & Good leadership and team working skills.
• 3 years’ experience in the field of sales and certification.

Job Responsibilities

• Generating sales leads daily;
• Generate and attend client meetings;
• Preparing/developing technical documentations and presentation/discussion to clients;
• Initiate contacts/quotes, negotiating and completing sales;
• Follow up and facilitate contract renewals and follow-up enquiries;
• Discussing scheme, tests, training and inspection requirements with clients and other relevant parties;
• Collaborating and cooperating with Operations teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales and after-sales support;
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers;
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management &
• Setting and achieving monthly sales goals and quotas;
• Lobbying market and authorities requirements and relevant trends and report to top management; and
• Other responsibilities as directed by Top Management.
